Telecaller (Outbound Calls) – Full Time

We’re looking for motivated, goal-driven individuals who can confidently speak with potential property buyers and investors, qualify prospects, and set high-quality site visits for our real estate sales team at Neevilas Homes.
This is a performance-based role where strong communicators and driven individuals can thrive, helping clients find the perfect plotted developments while earning excellent additional bonuses.
- Make outbound calls to prospective real estate buyers and investors.
- Qualify prospects based on set criteria (budget, location preferences, and timeline).
- Schedule qualified site visits for the on-ground sales team.
- Accurately document call details, client requirements, and appointment notes in our tracking system.
- Follow provided guidelines while maintaining a natural, persuasive conversation flow.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or real estate lead generation.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (clear, confident, and professional).
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance and targets.
- Excellent follow-up skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Base pay: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
- Bonus: Performance-based incentives for successful site visits and closed property bookings.
