Delhi Government Invites Public Feedback to Revise Delhi Property Circle Rates 2025, a step towards fair property valuation. According to a report in The Economic Times and a public notice issued by the Department of Revenue, Delhi, the Government of NCT of Delhi has started working on the revision of circle rates or minimum valuation rates for all categories of lands and immovable properties across the entire national capital territory of Delhi.
The residents of Delhi have been asked to submit their comments and suggestions in the next fifteen days, with the announcement of a three-part revision of interest in circle rates for ordinary properties.
The Delhi government is in the process of reviewing the circle rates used to establish the minimum value of property transactions, as these rates are important for property registration, taxation, and transparency in real estate transactions.
The revision covers all residential, commercial, agricultural, and riverbed lands across the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
Public participation has been opened through email submission. Residents, property owners, RWAs, and industry bodies can send their suggestions to suggestionondelhicirclerates@gmail.com. The Department of Revenue will review these suggestions before finalising the new rates.
The public notice was published on October 1, 2025, and members of the public will have 15 days to respond. The last revisions to the circle rates for agricultural land were made in 2008, and the last revisions for other properties were made in 2014, thus, it is high time for a revision.
